For our subsidiary in Hong Kong, we are looking for an Accounting Clerk / Finance & Administration Officer. In this role, you will work in the Finance & Administration team closely with both sales and logistics teams. You will also be in close contact with the Lomography Headquarter and other subsidiaries all over the world to support the operations of the company with various topics related to Finance & Administration.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full set of accounts for the Hong Kong office, ensuring strict adherence to standard accounting practices.

  • Assisting in data entry and bookkeeping operations for designated Asian subsidiaries.

  • Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) cycles, including timely vendor payment processing and proactive collection follow-ups.

  • Performing bank reconciliations and preparing other financial verification reports to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

  • Preparing inventory control reports, other regular management reports, and ad-hoc financial analyses to support management decision-making.

  • Supporting order processing and invoicing activities to facilitate seamless sales operations.

  • Liaising with subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific and European regions to coordinate cross-border financial and administrative matters.

  • Coordinating and executing day-to-day office administrative duties to ensure a smooth work environment for the Hong Kong office.

  • Providing support on various ad-hoc projects and management assignments as required.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in an accounting or administrative function, with a proven track record in bookkeeping, AR / AP management, logistics operations or office management.

  • Solid understanding of core accounting principles and relevant Hong Kong financial regulations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with advanced capabilities in Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation) is highly preferred.

  • Experience navigating ERP systems and standard accounting software.

  • Knowledge of Python or scripting for data analysis, automated reporting, or workflow optimization is a distinct advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think cross-departmentally and collaborate effectively within a multinational network.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and maintain accuracy during high-volume periods or under tight deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, global corporate environment.

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.
