E-Commerce Executive

• Responsible for product introduction, optimizing the content of product pages, and providing homepage design opinions

• Basic store operations, maintaining platform promotions, and providing sales strategy suggestions based on daily customer feedback

• Cooperate with the logistics team to manage online store inventory and logistics-related matters

• Lead the customer service team to provide customers with excellent pre-sales and after-sales experiences and improve the overall store rating

• Excellent management of order fulfilment and China stock availability in coordination with the logistics team and general management

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree or above, English CET-4 or above

• Familiar with online shopping, good communication skills, clear and accurate writing

• Have a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, carefulness and patience, and good learning ability

• Knowledge of analogue photography and Lomography is a big advantage
