Lomography is a globally active organization dedicated to experimental and creative analogue photography. Originally established in 1992 by a group of offbeat students as an art movement, but fuelled by fiery passion and burning curiosity, the Lomographic Society soon grew into an international company.


We develop, market and distribute our products worldwide in the most prestigious retail spaces via department stores, photo stores, design stores, museums and lifestyle stores. Our websites are available in 17 languages and – besides an online shop – also host photo magazines and platforms for an international community of over one million “Lomographers”. Lomography regularly hosts events and exhibitions. The Lomography headquarters in Vienna has subsidiaries in London, Paris, NY, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Manila.


We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Representative to join our B2B team based in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our incredible Lomography retailers, distributors and partners worldwide. No two days are the same, and this position is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an interest in business development, a keen eye for analytics and a passion for analogue photography, and wishes to work in a multicultural environment, with a large community of creative individuals!

Job requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop strong partnerships with our store network and look to increase their sales volumes year-on-year.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver marketing projects and events.
  • Research, pitch and manage new potential accounts to ensure strategic coverage of accounts across the market.
  • Process customer orders and use analytical tools to plan and react to product demands.
  • Find new business opportunities including bespoke marketing projects for key partners.
  • Assist with the design and execution of our wholesale marketing plan, creating an events calendar across our store network. 
  • Represent Lomography at key strategic events such as trade shows and meet-ups.
  • Ensure our product displays are eye-catching and situated in prominent positions within our partner stores, following our brand guidelines to maintain consistency.
  • Create status reports for your markets and feedback to teammates.


YOUR PROFILE
  • A study major or experience in business or sales & marketing is of advantage.
  • 3+ years experience selling consumer goods to retail partners internationally (for a senior position).
  • Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote. Database experience is a big plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Interested in working in a multicultural, international company/environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • An interest in/knowledge of analogue photography!

EMPLOYMENT
  • Full-time.
  • Starting date as soon as possible.
  • The minimum gross salary for this position is 14 × € 1,945 (junior) / € 2,500 (senior) a year, including social benefits, plus employee benefit fund deposits. Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is of course possible.
