Online Shop & Customer Relations Traineeship

Lomography is looking for a committed, motivated, organized, photography enthusiast having a way with people and an interest for e-commerce who is not afraid of pitching in where it’s needed. You will have the opportunity to work with our multi-cultural teams from around the world and will be able to work on many different tasks with sales and creative teams at our Vienna office.

As an intern for the Online Shop & LomoLAB team at Lomography, your duties will include:

• Help managing day-to-day operations of the online shop including customer support & order processing

• Help managing returns, exchanges and refunds from direct channel customers

• Assist in product testing and shootings with our in house photo and video teams

• Help to optimize product and category pages

• assist the LomoLAB team with film development and scanning tasks during busy times in the lab

• Very good communication skills

• Fluent in English – any additional language is a plus

• Good camera / photography knowledge

• Well organized, detail oriented & curious to explore new fields of work

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office

• Focused on solutions, happy to search for workarounds

• Proactive and independent working style, open minded personality

• Experience in customer service, retail, blogging, copy writing, magazine editing or alike is an extra plus
